Amber Bryant – Raising Money for Endometriosis Research
The article, "Amber Bryant - Raising Money for Endometriosis Research", was written by Bill Ormonde and published on Tue 22 April 2025 at 0607.
Amber, at 28-years-old, can barely get out of bed some days due to her endometriosis, ran to raise the awareness of the disease for Endometriosis Australia — a disease she has struggled with since she was 16, but was only diagnosed with in April 2023.
As Amber states, her treatment from the medical profession was appalling. "I dreaded going to the doctors because I thought that they felt like I was making it up."
Unfortunately her efforts are in vain because she is not treating the fundamental cause, that is an excess of sex-hormones, in particular estradiol.
The good news is that the cause is already known. I have contacted Amber and provided her with references from peer-reviewed medical journals and the remarkable story of Katherine Lawrence who cured her endometriosis in 7 weeks by changing her diet. This did NOT require the purchase of supplementary products. Her story is accessible from the right panel of my website by clicking on the green VIDEOS button.
I have contacted Endometriosis Australia and Amber on several occasions but have not received a response

Kidney Disease and Diet
2½ millennia ago, Plato wrote about the foolishness of eating animals. 500 years later Plutach wrote about the immorality of killing and eating animals who are entitled to life as much as we are.
Many people at the Mater Hospital where I am receiving treatment for multiple myeloma are not only dealing with their blood cancers but trauma of kidney, heart disease and type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Lots of great information about heart attacks and both forms of diabetes on my website.
The treatment greatly magnifies the severity of their problems.
Kidney disease ranks 9th in the cause of death in Australia.
Despite the nasty nature of my multiple myeloma disease, my kidney and heart functions are really good.
There is a really strong correlation between pork consumption and kidney disease. The method of cooking has a big impact due to the increase in serum creatinine with BBQ pig being the worst.
Then there is the additional problem with the appalling method that we raise pigs in confined cages that are stacked three deep. Pigs cannot move or lie down. Their faeces and urine are deposited onto the pigs below through slatted floor boards. They live in a noxious atmosphere of ammonia and hydrogen sulphide.

PCSK9 Gene – Reduces Cholesterol and Heart Disease Mortality
High levels of cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol are associated with a higher risk of heart disease.
Popular commentators frequently claim that cholesterol is irrelevant in causing heart disease and suggest that diets high in carbohydrate such as rice, potatoes, wheat (including whole-grain wheat), yams, millet and buckwheat are responsible.
PCSK9 is a gene that reduces the life-time level of cholesterol. PCSK9 is an abbreviation for "proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 serine protease" gene which is why it is much more convenient to refer it as the PCSK9 gene.
The authors' conclusion is the "data indicate that moderate lifelong reduction in the plasma level of LDL cholesterol is associated with a substantial reduction in the incidence of coronary events."

Methionine Dependent Cancers
Homocysteine is a non-protein amino acid. It is synthesized in the body from methionine, which is a sulfur containing amino-acid.
Methionine is much more prevalent in animal products than plant products. Rotten eggs smell the way they do because the sulfur produces a number of sulfur containing gases including hydrogen sulfide— rotten egg gas.
A high level is of homocysteine is associated with an increased risk for chronic inflammation, cardiovascular disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Many human cancer cell and primary tumors have a requirement for methionine, an essential amino acid.
Methionine-free or methionine-deprived diet causes a regression of a variety of animal tumours.

Medicinal Mushrooms and Optimal Health

Pop Psychology, Alice and the Concept of Evil

Some examples include ego and intuition.
With the help of Alice (from Alice Through the Looking Glass), we will also explore the concept of EVIL.

Harvard Study Shows Plant Protein Consumption Reduces Mortality
There are thousands of medical and scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals showing that a whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) diets are optimal for our health and are also the best for the environment and for the animals we share the earth with.
A number of these studies are documented on this website.
There are many more studies purporting that eggs, dairy, chocolate and even red meat are healthy and even essential for health.
When a comparison is made between two or more groups of people, showing that healthy WFPB are detrimental, be mindful of the nature of the comparison group.

Autoimmune Diseases, Biomimicry and Type 1 Diabetes
Autoimmune diseases are a group of sinister diseases where the immune system attacks the body that it has evolved to protect. One mechanism that explains auto-immune conditions is molecular biomimicry. When intruders invade our bodies, the immune system creates antibodies that mark these intruders (antigens) as a foreign foe. The immune system is then able to destroy the intruders.
During digestion, proteins from animal-based foods are broken down into their component amino acids. Some proteins may be absorbed from the intestine without being fully broken down into their amino acid components. Small chains of amino acids are called peptides. These peptides may be treated as a foreign invader by our immune system.
A chain of 17 amimo acids in cow's milk is treated a foreign body by our immune system. This same 17 amino acids occur on the surface of the pancreas that produces insulin resulting in the immune system destroying the inuslin-producing capacity of the pancreas, causing Type 1 Diabetes.
If a child does not consume cow's milk it is impossible to develop Type 1 diabetes.
Rheumatoid Arthritis and Hashimoto's Disease, which results in an under-active thyroid, are also a result of the immune system destroying parts of the body that that it ishould be protecting.
