Searching Guidelines

  • The order of the search terms is not important.
  • Terms with a + operator (the MUST CONTAIN operator) will return pages that contain the term.
  • Searching for single terms without an operator implies a MUST CONTAIN operator.
  • If multiple search terms are defined without an operator implies an OR operator. The term is optional.
  • If all search terms contain the exclusion operator (-) then no posts are returned.
  • Otherwise, the terms with the exclusion operator (-) are excluded from the search results page after the other search terms are applied.
  • Searching for a phrase (by including it in double quotes) will return the page that contains the phrase.
  • A search term is highlighted when located in the text.
